My deepest condolences to you on Willie's passing a few weeks ago.
I was a classmate, company mate, of Willie's at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, for two years.
I recently reconnected with several classmates from our company last year and was hoping to see Willie on the screen, but I missed him. We had a great group of guys. Willie was one of them, too. Happy and cheerful in often uncheerful circumstances in our Plebe year. He was cool, and seemed unfazed by many things we were worked up about, and he rolled with the punches well. I'm sure he carried those characteristics with him in his career and with his family and friends.
