Thelma, you will be truly missed. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to visit you recently. My heart goes out to the rest of the family, especially your children. Our mothers teach us everything, except how to live without them. Each day will get better as they reflect on the love you had for them and the many life lessons that were taught along the way. Meanwhile, Our Heavenly Father promises that one way we will all meet again in the resurrection. Acts 24:15. May we meditate on that hope.

My Mother, my friend!
Who always knew what I wanted before I knew myself.
Who knew what I needed while I only thought about what I wanted.
You made me understand that some of the best things in life are worth waiting for.
You knew-
You always knew, just what I needed most.
The values you taught me,
The sacrifices you’ve made for me and the security that came from knowing I was loved!
I think of all you’ve given me.
I’ll forever cherish in my heart.
