May The God I serve Bless and comfort Stephen F. Mitchell Jr. Family. Personally, I did not know Stephen however we built a workmanship relation which developed into friendship. Every morning when I enter Parkdale Stephen was always at the door and we would give each other a pound dap gestor and say "Good Morning". We would greet each other in the hallways or in the teacher lounge. I did have the pleasure to see Stephen in action in a classroom setting when I subbed for one of his colleague in the same classroom. I witnessed the dedication and love he had for his special needs students and the love they have for Stephen. When I saw Stephen homegoing announcement, I was in shock to read of his transitioned. The first thought that came to my mind was " Oh no" and "Parkdale will experience a great loss". Speaking from my heart I praise The Lord for allowing Stephen and my paths to cross. Although I did not know him for a long period, the friendship we established will always remain in my memories. To Stephens Family and Friends, I'm deeply sadden for your loss . Stephen will always be remembered with warmth and affection. Your loss is Heaven gain. May the Love of God continue to comfort you during this difficult time. Submitted with the Love of God. Sergeant Major (Retired) Ralph E. Cooper. Rest In Peace Stephen
