I am saddened to hear of Mrs. Wise's passing. She will always be remembered for her work on behalf of the residents of Baltimore's public housing. They could not have had a better advocate. She represented them and Baltimore well as she traveled around the country as a member of the Resident Advisory Board - her legacy will long be remembered. My deepest sympathy to her family and loved ones.

Shirley was a great friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

My prayers and thought are with the family during this difficult time. Ms. Shirley Wise was a beautiful person inside/out and a force to be reckoned with! The best codfish maker ever! She's going to missed by all who knew her.
