It was a privilege and honor to call Rudy my next door neighbor. I have fond memories of him always volunteering to help during HOA meetings, when we had a community dumpster day, and anything else I ever needed. Seeing him tend to his lawn was always motivation to make sure I kept my side right. He was a stand-up guy who said what he meant and stood by it. His loss was sudden and a shock, but I am grateful that I had the privilege of meeting him.

I am still processing, but "Rest my brother". I was remembering the days we were growing up as young guys in the bowling lanes, running around as our parents bowled. We took up the family sport with others and bowled in leagues and tournaments on the same team until graduating from high school. Also, those days playing basketball in your driveway were big as the games got competitive, and your backyard would be packed with guys from the neighborhood. I loved schooling some of them. It was like pulling teeth trying to get Pitt (Mike) to come down and hoop sometimes. Lol!! You will be missed, Rudy.

Although we haven't seen Rudy in years, our heart ache learning of his passing. Our Woodlawn Bowling days brought many of us together fostering friendships through the years. We express our sincere condolences to the family.

While I may have never met "Pops" I have heard of how wonderful he was from those that knew him. How he had such a loving heart. I'm am truly sorry for the family's loss in this difficult time. I Will definitely continue to keep everyone in my prayers!
