Your smile and spirit illuminated every place of your presence. You were one of the most genuinely nice persons I have ever met. You touched so many with your presence. You will be missed by many—especially Beautiful Sista’s.

Heartfelt condolences to all family, friends, and associates.

Rhonda you was nice to me the first day I started working at Public Health. I remember when you was pregnant with the girls. You share pictures. You always had a smile. You took the time to talk in hallways and when I came to your office to deliver mail. I'm going to miss your beautiful spirit, jokes, smile. Praying for the family. God Bless.

Our Daughter's have been best friends since they were 5 years old ( Asyia and Peytn are 1 day apart) I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to have such a great friend in Rhonda... Her laughter was infectious and her Grace was unmatched.... I'm so proud of her that she fought so hard. I've already been missing our once a month lunch dates, to know I can't have that time is tough because she always left me better than when I came.. She asked that I look over Asyia and I will.. Brian told me that Rhonda acknowledged that she knew I loved her and I find so much peace in that... I will forever hear her call my name the way only my Mom did with that laugh behind it telling me I'm so crazy... Indya and Asyia you are Beautiful and you are just as kind and graceful as your Mom I'm always a call away..... Always

My deepest sympathies to the Allen Family. I had the pleasure of working with Rhonda at JHSPH. We’d often see each other walking in/out of work, and it was always a delight to see her pleasant smile to begin or end my day. Truly a sweet person who was proud of her girls and a wonderful friend to so many.

May you find comfort in the Lord and your memories.

I was so sorry to hear of Rhonda's passing, her family is in my thoughts. She had a second family as well who are thinking of her, her JHU family. We were all blessed to know her, and to see her infectious smile every day. When I think of her, I get a chuckle as I can hear her bantering in the office and saying saying "John!" in this very particular voice. She was always willing to share a joke with her coworkers and add some brightness to the day. She will be missed.

My deepest condolences goes out to Bryan, Indya, Asiya and the rest of her family. Rhonda and I met when our kids were in preschool. We stayed in contact for a long time, but lost touch over the years, but our daughters stayed friends and kept in touch with each other. I was very shocked, sadden and heart broken when I learned of her passing. She was a beautiful person and has the most beautiful smile. May her girls and husband finds comfort in all the wonderful memories that they shared. And may God hold them a little closer as they grieve. RIP Rhonda.

You were truly one of the best people I have met in my life. Your heart was pure and you brought joy to everyone around you. I will miss all the talks, lunches and great times spent together. Rhonda was such a sweet, kind and overall helpful person of whom I was happy I had a chance to work with. We'd meet intermittently throughout the building and worked together for scheduling meetings for Ross and Jane or she'd call for computer problems to be expedited she will truly be missed. God called her home as she serves a special purpose now she can look after her family from the other side. Rhonda we will truly miss your bright smile. Rest in Peace my sister.

Rhonda, Thank you for mentorship and your refreshing kind spirit at the office. You will truly be missed. But we know you are in a better place with our Lord. We watched our kids grow and we’ve shared a lot of good conversations over the years. Your smile will continue to shine in your girls. To the family, though your heart may hold deep sadness right now, may it also hold the blessing of the Love that will always be part of you. My prayer is that God will comfort you and uplift your spirit and carry you through this time of sadness to a place of peace.

I echo the sentiments of everyone who expressed Rhonda’s beautiful smile, cool and laid back demeanor. Always smiling as I would see her in the hallways of the JH School of Public Health. We had great conversations about our daughters and managing the abundance of hair we had to do, lol! Rhonda will be truly missed. May the Lord grant peace, strength and HIS grace to the husband, their daughters and family. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.

Rhonda was so much fun....we would cross each others path at work in the hallway and say hello and joke around in passing. She had such a great laugh, giggle and smile, I will miss that very much. We all can rejoice that she is with our Lord and Savior, we will miss her, but we have the peace that she is in the Lords presence, and that gives us great joy and comfort!

Rhonda's caring heart and bubbly personality is one to be cherished and admired. It's hard to see you be called home so soon, especially in these time when you are exactly what this world needs. But we trust God, for he knows best. Thank you blessing us, rest in power. God bless us all, B!

I am so sorry for your loss. Rhonda was such a sweet, gentle, caring spirit. She always had that big beautiful smile on her face each and every time I saw her. The world is definitely a little less bright without her in it. I pray that her husband, daughters and all the rest of her family and friends that loved her find some semblance of peace and comfort in the days to come.

She will always be a Beautiful Sista who will never be forgotten. Rest in sweet peace Rhonda.
