I was heart broken to hear of the transition of this tremendous Man of God. It was my good pleasure to have served with him while in the 7th district during my tenure in the CME church. My deepest condolences and prayers are extended to Dr's Matthew and Bester Bonner and the entire Bonner family. This earthly loss is Heaven's gain.

To know Rev. Bonner is to love him. I met Pastor Bonner when he came to St. John in 2005. When he did his first sermon I was blown. I knew he was chosen by God. I will never forget one of his favorite saying. "What's wrong with them". I would just laugh. I must say Rev. Bonner you will be truly miss. RIP Pastor

Mrs Bonner, Mathew and family,
Our prayers are with you as we know you gave him the best of life and was there when it meant the most.
It was an honor to serve as his assistant during his tenure at St. John CME DC. He was more than a Pastor, he was a spiritual father to so many, a Pastor’s Pastor!
Mrs Bonner and Mathew, thank you for sharing him with the Kingdom of God!
His grace and mercy….
