I am so sorry for your loss. Reggie was a great person. I interacted with him while I was working for DHCD. He was so kind in helping others who were threatened with turn off notices, evictions and other unfortunate situations. The entire DHCD was there to assist him. He made a difference and this is a great loss! He will be sorely missed. Rest in peace Reggie!

I was saddened to learn of Reg's passing. As a retiree of BGE, Reg and I addressed numerous customer issues affecting limited-income families in Baltimore City. I truly appreciated Reg's approach to issues resolution, and he always had financial incentives in aiding our mutual families in staying connected to utility setvices.
