Rest in Peace. Mr. Ray is going to be greatly missed by everyone who he has came in contact with. Baltimore City has lost a warrior for the youth and communities he has served in and was serving in. He was an advocate for our youth. He knew exactly how to be a listening ear to everyone and help find a solution. He was always trying to figure out what next can he do to be a positive impact on the city of Baltimore and he did exactly that. Mr. Ray was always willing to go the extra mile to see things through. He knew how to get a student having a rough day back on track so they can be successful. To everyone condolences and prayers on the loss of Mr. Ray.
