I didn’t know Norman Patrick Dallas but his brother Terry is a good man. That leads me to believe that Mr Patrick was a good man. My condolences for all that lost him.

My Brother Norman, I was so Blessed to have had you as my brother. Because of the distant between us we were not always face to face, but always with heart to heart. You were the ultimate personification of all the good things that we were taught as kids. The only thing in this world that is too great to be estimated is my love for you. You may be out of sight but never from my heart. Big Sis!!
