To the Montgomery family allow me to offer my heartfelt condolences upon the passing of your loved one. I knew Luke from working with him in Md. Division of Corrections. From that working relationship, we became friends. May our God soothe you doing this period of your grief. And to Luke, may you rest in well deserved peace away from the pain you were suffering here on earth. I just hope one day I’ll see you again, on the other side, my friend.
