Jeff was our backyard neighbor. Every weekend, we would see him busy in his yard, riding his mower, wearing that hat or working on his deck.
When we heard the news, my husband and I were both shocked and truly saddened to hear of his passing. In years past, we would joke about him cutting the grass if one blade grew too tall.
