What can we say, our hearts are broken by your passing.  Who didn't love Pete, he had an infectious smile and laugh.  He was a good man who loved his family and friends with his whole heart.  He cared for others, always putting them first before his needs.  Pete walked a life with sin around him, as we all do, but he found Jesus and turned his life around and gave back to so many others who struggled.  There's a beautiful song by Wes Hampton, Gettin' Ready to Breathe, a line in the song says, "When I take my last breath here, I'll take my first breath there.  So, don't cry for me, I'm getting ready to breathe.  Pete now walks on streets paved with gold.  We will see you again once we cross over.  I feel that Pete wants me to say, if you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior there's no better time than now.  Acknowledge that you are a sin, Confess your sins to God, Ask God to forgive you of your sins, Ask God to come into your heart, Accept Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life.  Pete will meet you and Wendy at the Eastern Gate when we are called Home.  We Love You, Cuz.  Claire and Bruce Stuikis, Wilson, NC

Loosing someone we love is never easy. I pray that in this time of your loss, you will feel God‘s love much more, and that you will find comfort and the presence of the Lord. Remember his promise to never leave us or forsake us.
