To Mrs. Pony, Dominique, Bird and family,

I was saddened to hear Stretch transitioned to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ. Sending love, prayers and heartfelt condolences to each of you. May God be your source of strength and comfort as you navigate life during this most difficult season.

When the phone calls and visits cease, look towards the hills from which cometh your help, it comes from the Lord. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

I truly wish I would’ve crossed paths with the “grown up” Stretch though grateful for the time I knew him during his younger years. As I take a little walk down memory lane, I recall when Mrs. Pony, Mrs. Renee or Theresa (Mrs. Renee was time enough for him and Bird…lol) would discipline Stretch for one thing or another and he would either have a little smirk on his face as he does in the posted picture (he literally look like his younger self) and cooperate or at times he would act out. That’s just one of many memories I have so I say to you, hold onto all the precious memories you have of your beloved and God will surely see you through. Stay blessed and stay encouraged.

“Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted.”

With love and sympathy,
Janelle and Family
