Uncle Curtis, you will always hold a very special place in my heart, along with Aunt B. Thank you for letting me have my own bedroom the cartoon sheets and Disney characters , you gave them to me once I got married, and for always letting me ride in the front seat.
Thank you for the sweet summertime childhood memories I will treasure forever. I’ll never forget my first ride on the bus and rail system—I was in absolute awe of the big city.
You both made me feel like I was your own child, spoiling me with love and so much affection. That’s what family is all about. Even though Charles, Alice and I did fight at times lol.
Rest well, my handsome uncle. I will hold those memories and the joy of my childhood in my heart.
Charles, Alice, and family we often say, “Let’s get together more.” Let’s not break those promises. Alice, Kenny could always make you laugh uncontrollably, though he did keep calling your name Alex.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18
May God strengthen you and your entire family in the days and years to come.
Love Kenny, Ruby & Ava
