Deeply sadden to have just received notification of Harold's passing after the services. Knew Harold from our days at City and most important, from my time with him when he was a Commissioner at the Public Service Commission. He was a dedicated, well respected member of the Commission who always viewed his responsibility was to serve the publics' interest. He was a great friend! My sincere condolences to his family!!!

"Gone from our sights, but never from our hearts." We will miss you Harold. Your unassuming personality, your kindness and your selfless care for the under privilege will be remembered, no matter how long you have been gone from this earth. Rest in Peace, dear friend.

To Sharon and family, may his loving memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength, today and always.
Love,
Larry and Maria

A true champion who walked his talk advocating on behalf of the minority-owned business space...
You will be sorely missed by all of us who are committed to that space and follow your lead.
You truly led by examples...
May the Lord be with you.
