I am so sorry to hear about the passing of my friend Donald. I know this is a very sad and difficult time for the time for the Cooke family.

I met Don a little over 30 years ago at age 25 while working at the Maryland State Highway and Administration (MSHA) for eleven years and we became good friends. We had a second opportunity a few years after I left MSHA to work together at the Maryland State Department of Education. Don and I would chat a lot about his life and mine and would laugh at each others stories. He will definitely be missed but will not be forgotten.
