Ms. Lottie was my most seasoned(Eldest) Mary Kay customer. She asked me if I had a Book because she needed wanted to buy something for her son. I told her we had nice colognes. I told her I would bring back next time. I gave her the catalog and she took it home. Next hair appointment, she sampled and picked her choice. Then she wanted to sample our Illuminea Perfume. I'm not trying to show her the most expensive. I brought out less expensive ones, and she don't like none of them. She said to me, oh you don't have this one to sample. I showed it to her and she said oh I like this. Bring it next time. What's the total. I told her much less and she said that's not what it said in the book. So gave her a Senior Discount and the Body Souffle that went with it. She said I didn't order that. Oh you get that free. She said that was $30. I'm like OMG you can't get nothing pass Ms. Lottie. I Loved her and enjoyed getting our hair done together. I can tell your mom enjoyed the finer things, and you kept her that way. God will truly Bless you. Most men will not do what you did for your mom. Mr. Nate a Job Well Done!
