Pop…man what can I say. I love you. We have so many memories man. So much laughter and Ravens vs. Steelers trash talk. I will forever remember your “man up” talks. I learned a lot from you on being a man and taking care of your family. You will be truly missed OG.

I met Uncle Darrold (or uncle Durrl) within the last 7 years. Each encounter, I can honestly say he seemed like one of the realest/coolest dudes. Always very relatable to everyone in the room and 99% of the time, he had a smile on his face! Now, he'll bless our ancestors in heaven with his company! Prayers & Love to all of the Johnson Family!!

D.V you were my absolute favorite sergeant. You were no nonsense but so down to earth and super cool. You made my time at Patuxent semi bearable. You were the epitome of laid back but did your job and helped anyone who asked for help. You were an amazing man and I'm sure you left an amazing legacy.
To the family:
I send you my deepest condolences. I pray the Lord shelters and guides you through this time of tremendous hardship. You are in my prayers.

Your smile, sarcastic jokes, your stories about your family. I could go on and on. Your love for your Wife and children unmeasurable. Such a stand up gentleman. Rest now your deeds are done. DV,
I remember when we first met. Top of the steps by the control center. We were task to go on an inmate transport. DV showed me the ropes "the right way". From that day on we NEVER said anything out of the way to each other. He was always smiling. I considered him a friend. DV was a good man, I will never forget him, RIP my brother.

Pops, I regret not telling you this when I had the chance. You have always been influential in my life. For someone who has never had their biological father around, you continued to show me what it meant to be a strong black father in this world. You never acted as if you had all the answers and always kept it real with us. You accepted us as one of your own on many occasions and always gave us words of wisdom that we could stand on. I'll miss you, your pimp smile with the gold tooth, and the fact you never pushed us away even though we weren't your own. Love you!

Mr.Johnson (Pops) was the true definition of a cool dude. I admired his passion for his family specifically to his chikdren DJ and Ashley, he was an amazing father. I have so many good memories about him, and it has been difficult to come to terms with the fact that he is no longer with us. I will continue to pray for my brother DJ and Ashley and the entire family. You will be missed Pops.

DV, I don't know what to say, but I'm am heart broken right now. You joined our club "Steelers" and we celebrated our wins/losses. We hated on the Raven the most, but it has come to an end. I will miss you dude; you were a great co-worker and definitely a great club member. May God wrap his arms around your family and RIP my friend.
